Terms of service

The deal, in plain words.

Last updated 8 May 2026. By using Timba you agree to these. Below is the short version. The legalese version is available on request from privacy@timba.am.

1. What Timba is

Timba is a software service for managing salon bookings. We provide the tools — you run the salon. We don't take responsibility for what happens between you, your masters, and your clients.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect a compromise — write to support@timba.am.

3. Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in AMD.
  • Monthly plans: cancel any time, no exit fee. The current period runs to its end.
  • Annual plans: pro-rated refund for unused full months on cancellation.
  • Late payment: we'll email you twice before suspending the account.

4. Data

Your client list and bookings are your data. You can export it at any time. If you cancel, you have 90 days to download a copy before we delete it.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Timba for illegal services, spam, harassment, or to send unsolicited marketing messages. Don't try to break into the platform, scrape it at industrial scale, or impersonate other salons. We will close offending accounts without notice.

6. Liability

We do our best to keep Timba running, but software fails sometimes. We're liable for actual harm caused by our negligence, capped at the amount you've paid us in the previous 12 months. We're not liable for lost bookings due to an outage you didn't report, third-party failures (Telegram, ARCA, your phone provider), or acts of nature.

7. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that affects you materially, we'll email you 30 days before the change takes effect. You can cancel before then with no penalty.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any dispute we can't sort out by talking will be resolved in Yerevan courts.

9. Contact

Questions? hello@timba.am. We'd rather you ask than guess.
